breakfast: skipped
lunch: yong tau fu soup (without mee/rice) with ver @vivo
dinner: home-cooked dinner + soup (without rice)
dinner was heavier i guess.. lucky xavierboy helps me to clear 3/4 bowl of the soup!
he loves soup the most!!
and finally, my long awaited mensus is here..
it is getting more & more irregular :((
most imptly, it is friday today.
cant wait for events tonight!!

as usual, my diet ytd..
breakfast: skipped
lunch: dried fishball mee-kia
dinner: dried maggie with luncheon meat & egg +half slice of toast+cold yuan yang
dinner was slighty heavier (i guess) because there was 1 thing worth celebrating.. which is

Also, darling & i managed to watch cap. american ytd after my facial & IPL session..
got home almost 12.30mn, bathed and K.O-ed.

had few bites of tapioca snacks at 11pm..
that's all i ate ytd.

seems like my weight has been gaining back unknowingly gradually..
so from ytd onwards, no more breakfast, supper, and snacks..
aiming to shed off more den 5kgs this time.. hopefully 8kgs.
i need to go back to my forties badly!!
i need my small waistline and flat tummy back!!
all set and determined!! i will and i can do it!!

i am researching for my HongKong trip in Nov!!!
just need to dahan for 4more mths and i will be away for a 9days trip!! woohoo!!
(thinking of it just makes me feel so excited!! hahaaaa)
weather: *fantastic!* btw 18-24degree celsius!
accomodation: most likely staying in boutique hotel @Causeway Bay

i was terribly ill for more than a week.
it was running nose to blocked nose to dry cough to sore throat!!!
tell me, WHAT CAN BE WORST!
and i dun think i have sorta of fully recovered yet.
my nose is badly blocked still and my voice is only 85% back.

xavierboy was down with high fever.

but still, i cant escape from working at home.. hate all the emailssss..
lucky it was day-off for hubby and i had his accompany for the whole day.. <3
took the chance to make a trip down to sch to pay for my sch fees.
$3500 poorer now.. and more to go..
and i decided to split my last yr into 2yrs' of studies..
which means, i will graduate one yr later.. :)
exam schedule this yr was really hectic. I had like 4papers in 3consective days..
so reluctant to do so, but had no choice. i really do not wish to face the same scenerio next yr so i would rather spend a yr more.
felt this was really a much better route; definitely with more time and less stress.
life's getting dull..
miss mj. lol
cant wait to be home tonight.
i need more rest & slack.
hope i will recover soon!

it was a nice venture, especially i'm sooo satisfied with my nails done! ^.^
hmm.. maybe we shall try tt big nail palour next door the next time, ver.
however, on sun.. we stayed home instead of gg to my mom's place.
hubby wanna rest and we slack all the way at home.
and now, my back is aching quite badly due to having reds..
feel like resting on my bed now.. :(
